Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, India
As a Software Engineer on our Maternal & Infant Care team, you’ll be at the forefront of creating secure, high-quality software solutions that make a tangible difference in healthcare. You’ll work with a talented team to design, develop, and test embedded products with a focus on security.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work closely with system engineers, frontend developers, and other software engineers to deliver aligned solutions.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Apply SDLC principles, including Agile methodologies like Lean, Agile, and XP.
- Code Development: Write high-quality code that meets both project standards and desired functionality.
- Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures like Encryption, Key Management, and Identity & Access Management.
- Security Engineering: Conduct threat modeling, risk identification, and ensure secure design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Automation: Enhance productivity through automation and CI/CD/CT in security engineering.
- Testing: Plan and execute security testing to ensure product integrity.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in C/C++ or Java technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and various technology choices.
